Thank you for supporting Dear Sunday. Every piece is made with care and many items are printed to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep our collections intentional.
Processing Times
- Made-to-order / Print-to-order items: Typically ship in 7-14 business days.
- Ready-to-ship items (if applicable): Typically ship in 2–3 business days.
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
- During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and shipping address.
- Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Changes & Address Issues
Because many of our items are made to order, we start processing quickly.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, email us using the contact form within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, it is out of our control.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first.
- If still not found, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
- We’re happy to help with information needed for a claim, but Dear Sunday is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages caused by the carrier

At Dear Sunday, we love our customers and are so grateful for your support! Every item is made to order, which means it’s created just for you when you purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Style preference
Size issues
Buyer’s remorse- please review your order carefully.
✨ Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
Defective
Misprinted
Damaged during production
…we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To qualify, items must be:
Unworn and unused
Reported within 7 days of delivery
To start a defect claim, email us using the contact form
📦 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, color, or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake quickly and send you the correct product.
🚫 Final Sale
Because all items are printed to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
