Thank you for supporting Dear Sunday. Every piece is made with care and many items are printed to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep our collections intentional.



Processing Times



  • Made-to-order / Print-to-order items: Typically ship in 5–7 business days.
  • Ready-to-ship items (if applicable): Typically ship in 2–3 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.




Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and shipping address.
  • Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.



Order Changes & Address Issues



Because many of our items are made to order, we start processing quickly.


  • If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at [your email here] within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.




Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once a package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, it is out of our control.


  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first.
  • If still not found, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • We’re happy to help with information needed for a claim, but Dear Sunday is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages caused by the carrier


Refunds & Returns


Dear Sunday – Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love every piece you receive from Dear Sunday. Because many of our items are made to order, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair and sustainable.



Eligibility for Returns



  • We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or odors
  • In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)




Non-Returnable Items



To protect the quality and integrity of our products, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Made-to-order / print-to-order items unless there is a defect or misprint
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items



If you’d like to allow returns on non-defective print-to-order items, we can adjust this line—just let me know later.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any visible defects



We will work with you to make it right—this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. We want our shop to reflect honesty and care in all we do.



How to Start a Return



  1. Email [your email] with:

  • Name and order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return

  1. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your item(s).
  2. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, misprint, or defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.



Exchanges



We currently handle exchanges as a return + new purchase:


  • If you need a different size or design, request a return for the original item (if eligible).
  • Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.



If the issue is a misprint, defect, or error on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.



Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within a reasonable time frame (processing time may vary by bank/credit card).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
